We love our customers so much that we want to spotlight their stores on our blog! Divas and Dames came up with an oh so cute display for our buckles. I love the way they incorporated the jeans in the display. What goes better with jeans than buckles????? Divas and Dames is the IT place to shop in Acworth Ga. The last few months have certainly been a whirlwind for Princess and Butch! We are now being represtented in 2 Showrooms!….one here in Atlanta at the Atlanta Gift Mart in the Tango showroom. And, the other in the Denver Gift mart. The Montage showroom will be representing us there…..We are super excited about the opportunity to grow the business and are hoping for great things over the next year! If you aren’t sure exactly what a showroom will do for us here are the logistics. A showroom provides a permanent home for our products to be viewed by buyers for retail outlets big & small, brick-and-mortar, online or catalog. Each showroom also has its own road reps as well.These showrooms represent very strong lines in the industry and we feel extremly blessed to be along side them!
I am totally thrilled to say that I am officially finished with the Fall 2010 Princess and Butch Collection. I think this seasons buckles are a lot different that what everyone is used to seeing. Hoping that our retailers love it as much as we do!! There will be appx 28 new designs added so stay tuned!!!! I will post a few ”sneak peeks” shortly. So I am thinking I will start over with the blog writing. I really had good intentions of getting started with it months ago, but with the consumption of buckle making and the lack of “know how” to get started I think I just put it out of my mind. Until now…. What has inspired me you ask?? Well it all started when Stacy and I were invited to Ms Mary Sweeneys 50th surprise party the other night.(ooops I ment 29th) We loaded up our plates with the most delicious food then decided to go park our butts out onto the most amazing screened porch, which overlooked her perfectly landscaped backyard. (My dream backyard acutally) As we were stuffing our faces, we got to talking with one of Mary’s MANY sisters that were there. She shared with us her new idea that she wanted to start blogging about…..but then went off to say that she didn”t know how to get started which is why she hadn’t done it yet. . So, of course I felt the need to add my two sense and encouragement in hopes to get her started. Hmmmmm sounds kinda wierd being that I am in the same boat, huh? So, with all that said…..I am officially starting today. Can’t promise anything spectacular……but, I do promise that I will start, and I will try with everything that I have to bring something interesting and entertaining to the table. Thats all for now. European style market
Well its that time again….The Paper Mill Market is right around the corner! This weekend (Sept 25th, 26th, and 27th ) to be exact. This market is awesome for those of you who have never been. It is a European style outdoor market with lots of great vendors! You can find gourmet edibles, antiques, local art, children’s fashion, handcrafted jewelry, home goods, and of course PRINCESS AND BUTCH. The hours are Friday 10-5, Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 11-5. It is located at the corner of Johnson Ferry and Papermill Rd behind the Starbucks….in the BIG white tent. Come out and see our new buckles that we have for Fall.
